At DPM Stoves and Chimney Sweep we have recently updated our Privacy Policy in keeping with the EU's new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  A full copy of our policy is available on request.

We operate an electronic or telephone reminder system available to all our customers - this is an opt in arrangement, involving us retaining personal contact details with the consent of our customers.  This system enables us to tell our customers when their next sweep is due and make contact to book in the next one.

We also send out a newsletter three times a year - this can be unsubscribed from at any time.

 

We do not disclose any personal information to anybody outside of our business unless it is with your agreement for example for a courier to deliver your stove parts.
